缸體總成是由氣缸體和曲軸箱組成的關鍵組件,它不僅是內燃機各機構、系統的裝配基體,其本身的許多部位又是曲軸連桿機構、配氣機構、供給系統、冷卻系統和潤滑系統的組成部分。氣缸體總成上各孔、各面及相互之間均有較高的尺寸、形狀和位置公差要求,其加工難度很大。氣缸體總成的樣式加工均使用通用工藝設備,加工工藝過程可分為氣缸體和曲軸箱零件的粗加工、半精加工和氣缸體總成組件的精加工、關鍵部位的細加工四個階段。整個工藝過程的關鍵環節是各加工階段工藝基準的選擇、關鍵部位(主軸孔、缸孔凸輪軸孔)的加工和重要尺寸(主軸孔、凸輪孔、惰輪孔三孔孔心距坐標尺寸)的計算。目前廠商在缸體空加工中大多使用一些專用工裝。
技術實現思路
