技術實現思路
本專利技術的目的是克服以上不足，提供一種具有換向功能的扳手。使用時，將換向盤與扳手連接，然后將扳手本體與內六方螺栓連接，用換向盤內的半八方孔與扳手本體上端的八面柱相契合，旋轉扳手把手，則可實現對卡盤的夾緊與松開的操作，當需要連續旋轉時，只需要順著換向盤內半八邊形的開口方向將把手與換向盤分離，然后將把手反方向旋轉一定角度，從新使扳手本體與換向盤契合，這樣就避免了頻繁將扳手本體與內六方螺栓頻繁分離契合，改由扳手本體與換向盤的連接，從而可完成連續旋轉的操作，由于采用八面體的契合方式，所以旋轉最多45°即可使扳手本體與把手重新契合，可以完全避免產生用力死角，使用者使用時不必再額外調整姿勢，省時省力，同時本專利技術設置有兩個契合半八方孔，加緊時，使用換向盤的加緊口，松開時，使用松開口;換向盤采用圓盤形設計，使之在使用時可承受較大操作力，不易變形，損壞；把手部分采用三段式可折疊長桿，當需要較大夾緊力時，可完全展開做加力桿使用，可以在加緊與松開時產生更大的力，同時大大節省工人體力。附圖說明：圖1是一種用于內六方螺栓上的專用扳手零件簡圖。
