傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)院物料配送多是采用人工的方式,護(hù)士或是后勤人員手拿、肩扛或是用推車?yán)_@樣方式速度慢,效率不高,人員勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度較大。而且由于沒(méi)有專用的通道,安全性也不好。特別是物料要進(jìn)行垂直上下運(yùn)輸時(shí)更是不方便。目前也有部分醫(yī)院開(kāi)始使用專門的物流系統(tǒng)來(lái)進(jìn)行物料的配送。例如氣動(dòng)物流系統(tǒng),醫(yī)院氣動(dòng)物流傳輸系統(tǒng)是以空氣壓縮機(jī)抽取或壓縮管道中的空氣,再通過(guò)多個(gè)換向器變更其行走路線,從而控制貨倉(cāng)攜帶傳輸物品的輸送裝置。該裝置雖然從一定程度上解決了醫(yī)院物料輸送的問(wèn)題,但還是存在一些缺陷,醫(yī)院在單條管道上同一時(shí)間僅能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)單向傳送。若要實(shí)現(xiàn)同時(shí)雙向傳送就必須要多加一條管道,從而使得物流成本增加。
