一種三維正脊裝置，包括支柱(1)、座位(2)、若干根人體固定帶(302)、支架(9)、若干個支柱套管(3)、脊柱側向限位推拉裝置(6)及座位鎖定機構(10)。支柱套管(3)移動地套裝在支柱(1)上，且每個支柱套管(3)與一根人體固定帶(302)相連。支柱套管(3)下端與座位(2)相連，上端與支柱(1)相連。若干個支柱套管(3)之間相互連接有可開合的鎖定裝置(301)。脊柱側向限位推拉裝置(6)沿支柱(1)上下移動及固定。座位(2)通過軸承與支柱(1)相連，且沿支柱(1)上下移動。座位鎖定機構(10)固定在支架(9)與座位(2)之間，座位(2)的沖擊下降在0.3秒內完成。三維正脊裝置具有治療部位準確、動作指標可精確量化的特點。
