The invention discloses a waterproof and vapor permeable superfine fiber suede leather and its preparation method and application. The preparation method comprises the following steps: the island type non-woven fabric is immersed in a polyurethane resin impregnating solution containing waterproof and vapor permeable leather, the liquid content is controlled at 80-100%, then the resin on the surface of the island type non-woven fabric is scraped off, and the impregnated fabric is washed by solidification water; and the impregnated fabric is put into the impregnated base fabric. The water-proof and vapor-permeable superfine fiber suede leather can be obtained by reducing the amount of the original base cloth in toluene and after treating the original base cloth. The invention makes the prepared suede leather have excellent water-repellent hydrophobicity; during the wet solidification process, the resin part forms a three-dimensional interpenetrating pore structure, the pore diameter is small, which satisfies the easy passage of water vapor; and the adhesion between resin and fiber to avoid the existence of macropore. When it is used in superfine fibre suede leather, the product achieves both waterproof and vapor permeability. The production has the characteristics of easy operation.
