現有電站鍋爐預熱器工作主要由轉子1帶動扇形倉3轉動,引風機在扇形倉3的下端吸引熱煙氣,使熱煙氣以負壓的形式由上至下通過扇形倉3,并加熱扇形倉3內的傳熱元件,扇形倉3繼續旋轉,熱的傳熱元件旋轉到空氣側,冷空氣被鼓風機以高壓的形式輸入,由下至上通過扇形倉3,被扇形倉3內的傳熱元件加熱為熱空氣,為有效控制電站鍋爐預熱器內部高壓空氣向負壓煙氣的漏風,空氣預熱器內部主要采取密封片4控制扇形倉3和扇形板2之間間隙的辦法,目的就是減小介質泄漏通道,沒有對引起介質泄漏的煙風壓差進行充分控制(如圖1所示)。在傳統結構中,預熱器扇形倉3與扇形板2形成密封配合,存在一定的動靜密封間隙,而密封片4的兩側存在著正壓的高壓冷空氣風側與負壓的熱煙氣風側之間的壓差,產生較大的介質泄漏。
